Terms & Conditions
It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to understand, agree, and accept responsibility for all booking conditions, including all payments due by specified dates. By proceeding to pay a deposit, you accept that you are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
Bookings are essential. We require a 50% booking fee upon booking, for new clients. The booking fee is non refundable, no exceptions. For cancellations with at least 24hrs notice the booking fee can be transferred to a new date. For cancelations within 12 hrs of the booking you will be liable for the total cost of your booking. The remainder of your payment is due at the time of your appointment or will be charged a fee of $10 per late day.
Booking Fee & Payment
To secure a date, a signed contract and $150.00 booking fee is required. This booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The booking fee will be put towards the client’s total wedding day balance. The remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to wedding date. Please note that bridal consultations and deposit fees are two separate costs.
Cancellations must be in writing, via email. The booking fee will not be refunded for any cancellations. Cancellations within 6 months of the wedding date, the client is liable for 50% of total booking, which will be invoiced immediately. Cancellations within 30 days of wedding date, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking, which will be invoiced immediately.
A travel fee may be added to your booking depending on location. Extra fees may be incurred if the artist/stylist is to be travelling at peak traffic times. Any parking costs are to covered by you, the client.
Delays on the day
All timing will be confirmed before the wedding date. Therefore the client will be charged $15 per quarter hour in situations when any of our artists/stylists are waiting for members of the wedding party to arrive and have no one else to work on.
All brushes, tools and makeup/hair products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every persons application. If you have any medical conditions, sensitivities or allergies of any kind, you must advise at the time of booking. The Fresh & Flawless stylist/artist cannot be held liable for any losses or damage that is incurred due to the client’s failure to inform the artist of any known condition.
The client agrees that Fresh & Flawless may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the makeup artist’s website and social media pages.
In the case of alert level 3 or 4 lockdown we will transfer your booking to a new date. If we are unavailable that date you will be refunded for any amount you have paid other than the booking fee. Standard cancellation fee applies if the client wishes to postpone in level 2 or 1.
You are required to let us know a minimum of two months before the wedding about any booking changes eg; bridesmaids hairstyles or makeup, start and finish time, adding or removing any services. For removal of any services a 50% of service total may be incurred, to help cover our loss of income.
