Wedding Bookings
BOOKING FEE
To secure your wedding date, a signed contract and a non-refundable, non-transferable $400 booking fee is required. This amount is credited towards your total wedding day balance. Please note that the bridal trial and the wedding day balance are charged separately.
TRIAL / CONSULTATIONS
Hair and/or makeup trials are highly recommended for brides to ensure you feel confident and beautiful on your special day. Trials may also be arranged for others in the bridal party upon request.
LIABILITY
All brushes, tools and products are thoroughly sanitised and a freshly cleaned brush set is used for each client. Any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. While every effort is made to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professional care, Fresh & Flawless accepts no liability for any loss, injury, illness or adverse reaction that may occur during or after the provision of services.
DELAYS ON THE DAY
All schedules will be confirmed prior to the wedding day. If an artist or stylist is kept waiting with no one available to begin services on, a late fee of $25 per 15 minutes will apply.
PARKING FEES
Where applicable, the client is responsible for all parking, valet, or toll fees incurred by the artist/stylist.
TRAVEL FEES
Travel fees are calculated at $1.17 per return kilometre from the artist’s home to your getting-ready location. This includes the first 30 minutes of travel time, with an additional charge of $20 per half hour thereafter. Additional charges will apply for peak-traffic travel, significant detours, toll roads, ferry fares, or similar travel requirements. A minimum travel/call-out fee of $30 per artist applies.
EARLY MORNING FEES
For start times prior to 7:00 AM, a $50 early start fee per artist will apply.
PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks prior to your wedding day. The person named on the contract is responsible for the full payment, regardless of any changes within the bridal party.
SOCIAL MEDIA & WEBSITE USAGE
Fresh & Flawless reserves the right to use photographs taken on the wedding day for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, and portfolio. Please notify us in writing prior to your wedding day if you wish to opt out.
BOOKING CHANGES
Please notify us of any changes to your booking, including start times, service numbers, or bridal party details, at least four months prior to your wedding date. For services removed with more than four months’ notice, 50% of the original service fee will be charged to offset loss of income. For services removed within four months of the wedding date, 100% of the original service fee will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if the number of services is significantly reduced.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
- The $400 booking fee is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 6 months of the wedding date are subject to a 50% charge of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date will be charged 100% of the total booking amount, invoiced immediately.
POSTPONEMENTS
Postponements must be submitted in writing via email. To protect against loss of income, postponements are treated in the same manner as cancellations and will be subject to the same fee structure.
SERVICE LOCATION & SETUP REQUIREMENTS
For the best possible results, we require a well-lit space with ample natural light, a generously sized table and access to power points. If any of these elements are unavailable, please inform us in advance. If services are taking place at a hotel, please confirm the exact location and room number via email or text prior to the day.
COVID-19 POLICY
If a government-mandated lockdown prevents us from legally performing services, we will transfer your booking to a new date. Should we be unavailable on your rescheduled date, a refund will be issued minus the non-refundable booking fee. If the client chooses to postpone when we are legally permitted to operate, standard cancellation fees apply. This policy is subject to changes in government guidelines.
